Rebeka in the Woods, Fashion Photo Shoot

This fashion photo shoot for theModeCode at Het Twiske in Amsterdam Noord was all about earthy colors, fine details and simple silhouettes.

Rebeka is a fearless model, she was not threatened by the chilly winter weather nor was she scared about getting on the ground for some of my more unique shot ideas. She came to the shoot with a can-do attitude and an axe!

I love shooting in the woods, here we highlighted the raw connection between recent fashion trends and nature. I choose the Twiske park because of the freshly cut trees and the consistent pattern of the trees uninterrupted by underbrush. I wanted Rebeka to be an innocent creature in the forest (wearing the most recent winter trends).  She fell victim to something, we are left to wonder to what . . .
